 Now for the conclusion of the tales

All of the people in the castle panic. Feared are all over places. The big, fortified front gate was crack open with single strike. The tall, thick wall was smash down with just a swing. Everyone was terrified. The citizens scream in storm. Running saving their life as if the Kingdom was in war. Everyone was terrified but one. Maid.

Maid, with confusing running all over her head, run towards the gate. As she heard her name called, she knew Traveler is return. She is worried for her love one. Wishing Traveler is safe and sound. Her hearts thumping while her legs stomping to the gate.

Crow, from top of the castle, look down at the commotion. Crow is there, in the middle of storm as soon Clone rushing out of the room since Traveler came. He sneakingly smiles, as if he knew this would happen the moment King save him.

Clone, run towards the arsenal. He is searching for King's fine sword. The sword that he hid the day he occupied the throne. The same sword that he uses to beheaded King. Clone need the sword to defend himself, his kingdom and his people from any harm.

Traveler, with his big sword, now standing in the middle of castle court. Surrounded by massively armed, murmuring in confusion and panic guards and army. The guards and army keep coming from all over places. The higher ranks officers and minister are there too. Holding their weapon to defend the castle. Traveler step forward. The guard, the army aimed their arrows, shed their swords and ready to attack.

"You may want to step back!"said Traveler. "You know I meant no harm and how strong I am!" He said while he peek a look over his shoulder towards the shattered walls and cracked gates.

"Step back you intruder!"A loud roar crackling form the top of castle. Everyone heard the roar and take a look up. There, they found the very familiar silhouette at the King's room. It is Clone. Standing there with his sword in his hand. "Step back and I shall spare you!"

Crow laugh silently from the castle top. Traveler smiles in satisfaction when his gaze met Clone's. The one that tore him and Maid a part is there. Standing there and command him to step back.

"KING!!!!!"he scream and simultaneously dash into the surrounding guards. Breaking through them as if he was walking in empty path.

Maid, arrive at the court, catch a sight of Traveler. But she is far from Traveler. Travelers run toward the stair in opposite direction and not take a look around. Tears running down her face as she keeps running, trailing Traveler.

Traveler run towards King's (Clone's) room. All the guards and army that was in his way is beaten down. His sword knows no mercy. All that touches the sword's edge ended up wounded badly. For the unlucky one, their body split into several parts. All the way to King's room is spilled with blood. Maid, which trailed Traveler cry in fear witnessing such evil. Her heart broke at Traveler's doing. Traveler smash the door open as soon as he arrives at the King's room.

There he found Crow and Clone staring at each other. "King!!"he yelled.

Clone and Crow startle. Clone's face shows a bitter expression. He wanted to say he is no King, but no voices come out. Crow smile and said "You've come a long way for this, Traveler. Settle this once and for all!"

"I shall finish you King! Once and for all. I will take Maid back from you!"

As Traveler stop talking he swing his big sword. The air pressures shoots out from the swing and inflict a severe damage to the room. Clone and Crow somehow manage to save themselves. Without hesitate a moment, Traveler dash forward and slash upon Clone. Clone quickly defend himself with his sword.

"You shall die tonight, King!"

"No! I won't!"

Crow fly away from the battle. He land on the shattered balcony outside of the room. He watches the battle with sneaking smile. Clone is a good swordsman and Traveler is no weaker than him. The battle is quite even. Traveler slash upon Clone and Clone evade and give a counter attack. Clone stab his sword and without flinching, Traveler step aside the attack and try swings his sword towards Clone. They exchanged swings, slash and blows, but never seems like a side is taking advantages. The room wrecked and damage all over. No guards or army are brave enough to come near the room.

"You surely….know….how to fight a….good fights!"Clone talk with startle voices. He is panting heavily.

"You also not half bad, wretched King!"Traveler said as he swipe his blood, that running down his cheek.

Maid heard all the noises from the room. Sounds of breaking glasses, snapping wood, shattered brick and metal. She could imagine the worse happen at the room. Traveler is fighting to death with Clone. She rushes furiously in the bloody hall.

With his body become tired and exhausted, his movement become dull. A few strokes from Traveler have landed on his body. Crow laugh loudly. Clone feel humiliate and quickly get up, before he notice a huge blow smack upon his face and send him fly out to the balcony. Right next to Crow.

"Why do you laugh Crow?"

"Why, you ask?"

"Yes! Are you deft already from the sound of scream and storm?"

"Because I get to see something that is so profound. A battle to death for a love. Don't you know that is Traveler? Maid loves?"

Hearing that make Clone's face changed. He does know Maid have a lover before. But he thought he is dead. Now, that lover is standing in front of him. Really want to slay him. He stood up and face Traveler.

"Do you know that I'm no King?"

"What? That's ridiculous! You're King, you grab Maid from me years ago. Don't tell me you've forgotten all that!"

"No! I'm no King. But I love Maid as well. So I won't hand her over to a psycho killer like you!"

They started to crush each other again. But, Clone due to his injury in starting to feel uncomfortable. His movement become slows and his slash is weakened. Seeing that Clone is weaken and slowing down, Traveler took the opportunity to giving the finishing blow. He is ready to crack open Clone's head when Maid arrive at the room.

"STOPPP!!!"

Traveler shocked and turns to face the door. He realizes that Maid is there. His heart thumping in joy. He drops his sword and rush towards Maid. Maid cry become so intense after seeing both of them. Traveler that try to kill Clone. Clone that is lying on the floor helpless. With Traveler run towards her, Maid run forward and tend to Clone leaving Traveler clueless.

"Why the King?"Traveler ask. He still facing the door. His heart is broken. He motivation and determination shattered in just a brief moment.

"You so cruel now. You no longer Traveler. You're the familiar stranger!"Maid sobbing. She held Clone in his head and wipes the blood.

"NO!!!!"

Everyone in that room turn to Crow. He is furious and anger. "You should kill each other to death. Not showing mercy over some wicked Maid!"Crow scream.

"You, who are you?"Traveler stepping near his sword and pick it up. "You're no ordinary Crow. The wrath you brought upon you is dark, very dark"

"So you know! You know who am Me truly are!"Crow stated to flap his wing and a gust of winds raging inside the room.

"Me is Crow! Crow the Soul Reaper!"Crow start to change. From feathery black small bird, he changes into a man with bone-like wing extension on his back cloaked in black old and torn fabric. His hand is holding a scythe.

It's time for a little nap at the grave....

"You wretched being!"Traveler dash forward and start to brawl with Crow. They brawl with intense slash, blows and stabs. But due to excessively energy usage, Traveler is tired. He's no agile as before anymore.

"Me done here! Me will take you along to the underworld! All of you!" Crow start to cast a spell. Suddenly a dark cloud started to fill the room and from within it a portal appears. "That is the door to the underworld. Me shall brought you there for eternal suffers and pain." just as Crow stop talking, Traveler dash at him and grab his waist. And without saying anything he shoves a small dagger into Crow's eyehole. Maid and Clone shocked with what Traveler done. But it is to late Traveler along with Crow was disappear. Black clouds suddenly propagate and with loud scream it gone in thin air.

Maid cry loudly and kept calling Traveler. But there's no answer. Traveler is gone. So does Crow the Soul reaper. Clone stand and walk to the wreck balcony. There he stand and shout "It's all over now. The Kingdom is safe from any harm!"

The whole kingdom filled with joyous in the middle of storm. Everyone happy for something they don't witness. For the King that defend the Kingdom. But for Clone and especially Maid the sadness is what they feel now. Sadness for the lost love. Sadness for betrayal from a friend. Sadness for a broken heart. And sadness for the death.

 Buck will continue the legend....

Crow fly across the hall. Crow heading toward King's room. There he found King alone at the balcony. He landed on King shoulder.

"Clone asks for you earlier."

"What does he wanted?"

"Me don't really cares about"

King steps toward door. He peek his cloak to cover his body. On his way to the room of glass prison, he ordered few guards to escort him. They arrive at the room. Crows ordered guards to wait outside. King and Crow step into the room. There they found Clone standing in the glass prison.

"What do you asked me for?"King starts the talking. His arm was folded in front of his chest. His face shows was grimace.

"Well, King. You and I have no differences anyhow. You and I technically am the same person. I'm your clone to top it off. But you, standing there, as a king." says Clone. There is no expression on his face.

As they talking, Crow fly to a nearby window. Crow landed there and watch King and Clone talking. Crows face is grin with sneaky smile.

"But, me here, trapped like a pet!" Clone yelled at King. His face turns ugly that very moment.

"So you wanted to get out here?"King smile with bitter expression. "Bow to me and obey my very orders!" King said loudly and turns around. 

He makes a step towards the door when suddenly he heard the loud smashing, shattering glass sound. He turns and found Clone is rushing towards him. The glass prison was smash from the inside. Without holding back, Clone hit Kings face really hard. King fell to the floor. Clone swing his fist again to Kings ribs. He flails his kick to Kings neck. Clone hits King several times before he shout "Guard! Clone tries to escape! Seize him!"

King groan heavily on the floor. His face, ribs and neck is hurt like hell. He try to stand up but with no success. The guards crash in the room and rush to him. Without knowing which is Clone, which is King, guards keep hitting King. King scream at the top of his voice.

"Stop!"

"I'm King!"

"Seize him! He is Clone!"

Again and again King shouts. Begging for mercy. Begging for the guards to stop hitting him.

"Stop!"Clone yelled. He step towards the worn out, weak King on the floor.

"Clone, you dare to rebel against me!"King shows his anger towards Clone. His face covered in blood look at Clone in despises. Clone grabs a sword from one of the guards. He put the sharp edge of the sword at Kings neck.

"Any last word?"

"I shall die tonight. But I will haunted in my dead!". As he speaks, clone flail the sword across Kings neck. Kings head thump on the floor. Blood sprayed all over the places. With blood covering his face, Clone smile. With excitement, satisfaction he called Crow. Crow fly near him and landed on Clone's shoulder like Crow used to do with King.

"Clean this mess up. Guards!"Clone order the guards. He walks from there and laugh loudly.

"Now, I'm the King. You shall call me King now, Crow!"

"As you wish, me King!"Crow exclaim.

Since that day, Clone is the King. No one ever knows that real King is dead. Now everyone called Clone, King. No one knows the truth but Maid and Crow. Maid now is very happy. Since King dead, she always stay be Clone side. She frequently smiles, not like when King is alive. She looks lively not like before. Now with Clone beside her, she's forgotten about her love, Traveler. So Clone, Crow and Maid live happily ever since….

From here on the final chapter started. As so the conclusion....

"It is a bad storm tonight" Clone said to Crow.

"Indeed" Crow reply.

It has been a week since the storm started. But tonight it seem the worse from other nights. The wind blow frantically like it would eat a whole kingdom. The rain pouring like it was a sea at the sky. The thunder roar like a giant lion.

But nobody seems to notice a dark figure is heading towards the castle. The dark figures carry a big sword in his back. It keep walking in the storm like it is nothing happen. The dark figure stop when it reach the castle gates.

"Maid! I'm here to save you!" that dark figure shouts loudly…..

 Hello! Time for Buck tell a tales....

Can I do it? How will it turn out? Am I got the courage to do it? What will King think about me?

After Crow left yesterday, Clone kept questioning himself those thought. He is confused. Not knowing what to do. Nothing cross his mind brings out a definite answer. Not a bit of what he wants to know.

Maid walk along the castle corridor toward the kitchen. She ought to bring food on for clone. As she always does since Clone imprisonment.

She step inside the room with glass prison. Seeing Clone throwing his sight away out the big window. Maid stood silently, observing Clone. The bright sunshine makes a blurry image of Clone's silhouette. Looking at Clone, make she remember her love, Traveler. She misses her Traveler. Is he alright? When will Traveler come and rescue her from this endeavor? Will she and Traveler be happy just like before? Out of blue, her tears starting to flow down her cheek. She sobbed.

"Are you there, Maid? Is it time for lunch already?" Clone asking without turning to look at Maid.

"Do you know all along I was here?" Maid asking. She wipes her tear with the edge of her blouse. She hurries towards the glass prison and lay the dining plate down. She then pushes it upon the opening beneath the glass prison.

"Always know when you shall appear. Always know you shall be there on time. Always know you shall come with my food."

"What's with the talking? Are you sick? Or just ease out your burden."

Clone takes a step forward. He still looking outside, looking for an answer for his confusion. "Would you tell a difference between me and King? Are there any difference in our appearance?"

"No. I can't differ you and King in appearance. But if you talk to me I would notice a slight different. The way you talk sooth the one hear it. It almost the sound of hummingbird wings flapping. Like a bird chirping early in the morning."

"So that's it. If I talk to you, you could recognize me." Clone murmuring before he turn to Maid. Their eyes stare at each other. The moment is quite. So quite, even a needle is drop upon the floor the sound would echo in the room.

"You may go, Maid. I don't think I want to talk with you today. In fact there's a plenty of time for us in the future."Clone finally talk to break the silence. Maid glare at him, confused. She takes a step backward before turning and heading to the exit.

"Maid!"Clone called. Shocked by the call, Maid steps stopped. She waits there.

"I love you!"Clone said. Maid, don't know what the meaning of the confession runs from the room. She doesn't know the meaning of all of this. A part of her is glad about the confession. Another disturb with it. Sadness, happiness, confuse, rage all feeling pile up in her heart. Her mind. She runs with tears dropping from her eyes. The sound of her footstep echoed along the corridor.

"Crow, come out!"Clone command, still facing the outside. Crow step out from behind the wall. Crows face grind from ears to ears. "Me love you!" Crow chuckles.

"You sure know how to make things better and better."Crows compliment with a bitter sound. "You know there's no back up of our plan? Are sure you want it to happen?"

"Yes, I am!"Clone speaks his resolution. Clone will rebel against the King. In fact he and King is clone after all. A perfect clone. Nothing that King can do he does not know.

"So, we start tonight. Me will bring you King's suit fro you this eve. Wear it."Crow mention the planning formation.

"Me bring King here and Clone, you smash the glass and do exactly as Me told you."

"I shall do it and definitely let it run smoothly."Clone,with fire burning in his eyes swore to escape from the prison. Swore to rebel against King.

I shall be King!

Hello, Gentelemen and Ladies! Let Buck tell you the story.

Clone wonder alone. What Crow said to him, struck his conscious. He really wants to get out of the glass prison. But his good nature of obeying order from King restricts his desire. He really confuse about his situation. Yet only one person he can talk to, Maid. So he waited quietly in his prison for Maid. Hoping Maid will understand. Hoping Maid will give him a good advice.

A day later, King shows up upon him. With Crow of course. Looking radiantly happy. He stood front of the glass, facing Clone,

"Clone! How are you nowadays? Any better?"

Without any expression on his face Clone reply, "What make you think I feel better in this cramped transparent glass prison? Have you try occupied this ordeal before?"

"Of course not. But seeing you don't ever resist or attempt to smash the glass open, I think it is way comfortable for you in there!"

"I told you so me King. Clone will never feel better in that glass box, King." Crow interrupted.

"It is way better if you try to relief some of the guards there. Better for him."

"Guess that would be all. Guards you may dismiss" King ordered. The guards make their way out with fuzz, talking to each other. Later King moves out also. Leaving behind Crow and Clone. Alone. They stare at each other for quite some time. A sigh blows from Clone, breaking the silence.

"What do you planned to do, Crow? By removing guards from their post, I will nowhere near to approve your plan. Breaking me out of here? What's next?"

"Me intention is not a concern for you to think, Clone. As for now the King hasn't relies anything conspicuous. King remove the guards, this is your chance. Smash through the glass. Make a…."

"And then what? Try to run from the castle? Flee away?"Clone interrupted. His voice tense.

"Make a commotion you imbecile! You and King are identical. There is no way in world all those guards, ministers, servants will notice that. Just said that King is you. Just shout that Clone is out if the prison. And all guards will settle things off."Crow explain. Clone thinking about the logic of the plan.

"With that I can be with Maid. Right, Crow!"

"As you wish, me King!"Crow shows his loyalty to Clone.

Clone fells his heart beating faster because of the praise. Because of the image of he and Maid being together. Because of the thought of he becomes the King. Crow step aside, with smile on his face. He completely sure the coup d'état will happens soon.

Let me, Buck continue the story....

The Wizard have finish making the King's clone. He shows the Clone to the King first hand. The King was elated.

"Well done Wizard. You've done well. Now you may vanish."

Wizard, make his way out after King's servant gave him the payment for his service. But, the King didn't know that, The Maid have done something to his clone.

Day by day, King and his clone spending time with chatting and play. The King never to notice a different in his clone. Not one bit.Until one day....

"Myself, what do you think about the worm over there?", the King talk, refer to someone that sat at the fountain in the middle of city.

"Worm? Why do you called that man Worm?", the Clone replied.

"Why? You ask me why?"

"Yes. You're a king. But you despise your people very much. Not to mention your iron clad rule of ruling the kingdom"

The King wonder, why his clone is so different? Not like him. It is so different. So starting that day he decide to put the Clone inside a huge glass prison. The Clone obey without any resistant. And days back like the old time....

The Maid, feel lonely being apart from his love started to talk to the King's clone. He go to the glass prison everyday, just to have a talk with the Clone. She find that the Clone is very friendly, very kind to her. His heart started to move towards the Clone. But, the Clone feel the opposite. He want to get out of the prison. He wanted to rule the kingdom. With his own new rule. A kind and generous rule. And the King now have found a new friend. A crow. A crow he found injured just after he imprisoned the Clone. The Crow was as devilish as he is, just with much sneaky character.

One day....

"Me King! Why do you still keeping the Maid in your castle?" asked Crow.

"Just as a furniture I don't want to used" replied King.

"But she will ruined your pride me King. You know that she is very friendly with Clone."

"I'm well aware of that. But what Clone can do? He trapped inside the glass. He will never come out. If he will, I myself shall slay him!"

"Well said me King. Well said"

They stopped there and  the King kept his doing, and Crow flap his wing to the glass prison.

There, Clone and Maid was talking to each other. Crow land on Maid's shoulder and command,

"Maid, you shall leave. Me have something to said to Clone. A word from me King!"

"Let's meet some other time Clone. I like the time we spend together"

Maid leave Crow and Clone.

"Clone! Do you have ever thought of getting out of the prison?"

"What do you mean Crow? Is King will let me out?"

"Oh! He shall not. In fact he will kill you if you get out of here, Clone."

"So, it seems I will be here my entire life. Not meant to leave here. Not meant to meet other people. Not to mention I can't show my love to Maid"

"It's true then. You love Maid!"

"Yes! And what you will do? Tell King that I love Maid so he will pierce my heart with his sword?"

"Maybe. But what Me proposed is far greater than any you could tell."

"Far greater? How?"

"Me will break you out of this prison!"

The Crow, The King and Traveler's Lover - Part 1

Buck the Crow

Gentlemen and Ladies, me name Buck. Me is a crow. Me shall tell a story, a true story. The story which really happen to someone me know. A story which happened a long, long, long time ago.

In a land, dive in wealth and gracious, is ruled by a vicious king. The King love his own self. Not anyone, not family but himself. He is very fond to himself as he only talk when he look into the mirror. As off he is talking to himself, just that the respond is not himself,but others that he called Fragment (women) and Worm (men), which is his people. He is so vicious in ruling his kingdom. Anyone who dare to rise above him will be punish. From far to furthest, no body rise to oppose him.

In the kingdom leave a happy couple of Traveler and Maid. They was in love fro many, many years. They used to be together all along. Almost people would describe them as inseparable being.

One day, as the king walk around the town, just to insult the Fragment and Worm, he saw the couple. They were so happy smiling to each other while sharing a cup of blueberry sundae. The King found the maid so alluring. He never thought that the Fragment would be so nice for his eyes. In brief moment, he took his mirror and start talking to himself. Facing the mirror.

"Myself! What in the world happened here. I found an alluring Fragment."

His servant, as usual, as he always do, answer the question.

"My King, which Fragment that you refer to?"

"That one. The maid."

The Maid

"That maid? My King, I know her.Would you like to invite her to the castle?"

"Do whatever you want, just make it swift."

So, long story short, the maid is brought to the castle. The Traveler was left behind, in agony and pain and angry. He must take her Maid back to where she was. He stood up upon the King. But what can he do. He is so weak. The King punished him to be cast away in exile, far from the land, furthest from the sea. But he escaped somehow. He took his belongings and flee. Before he go, he stood in front of the castle and shout,

"My Maid, I will reach you from the star. Stay where you are for my return. I shall crack my path open upon the wretched King's castle. Just wait"

And he flee, to the Star!

I shall go to the Star and search for a Jedi Master!

The Maid live with the King, in the castle. Just like a puppet her expression was long vanished. She longed for her love one, Traveler, who is far beyond reach.

But as time pass, she moved on. She feel comfortable living in the castle. She makes friend with the servants, the guards, the cooks and the ministers. But not the King. The King is so fond to himself as he just want the Maid as to show his power and benevolent behavior.

The King tired with his mirror. He doesn't want to talk to his mirror,ever. So he seek a wizard. He want the Wizard to make him, a clone. A clone with exact personality of his. The Maid knows about the clone plan. She scheming to make the King regret his action. She faces the wizard and make a pact with the Wizard. Given everything she could to have the Wizard make the King's clone as per instructions from the King. Just with a different. An opposite personality of the King. The Wizard agree and so be it.

King, I turn you into mountain goat !

I'm the King, leading the army!

Once, there was a kingdom located at the very top of a hill, at the end of mountains chain. The kingdom ruled by wise, generous King. The people were so glad of King's grace. The kingdom was so wealth and peaceful.

The King has a prince, He named his prince Pride, as to show the consciousness of one's dignity. As his name, Pride is so pride with his status. He does not follow the King's steps. Instead he is nowhere being friendly and kind. He is beyond the valley of evil. No mercy, fitting said, meager. He is also not so fond of his father, the King.

My name is PRIDE

But the King, so old and weak as times pass. His consciousness worsen. Pride, gladly said as the old king dead he will rule the kingdom. With tyranny and oppressive. And so, the old king dead and long live King Pride.

The kingdom changed since Pride hold the throne. The people cursed him. The officers loathe the king. The servant won't look after the king willingly. The cook, prepared meal halfheartedly. No one comes near him to joking around or chatting. So Pride is there. Sitting in his throne, alone and exclusive. But what do Pride care? As long as he is the king, he knows no boundary.

I'm Wicked the White Wizard!

Far from the kingdom, old wizard. An old, wicked wizard. He was cast away from community because of his ill intention. Because he is never to be loyal to anyone. He heard about Pride. His evil mind thinks of something evil. And of course he is nowhere to help King Pride. He schemed to turn the loath king into something he never expected. Never experience. Never wanted to be happening.

So, the wizard cast his spell. Pride feeling funny. Feeling something is very wrong. And in split seconds, King Pride has turn into shabby mountain goat. He runs all around the castle without knowing what happen. The guards saw the goat, and start chasing it. Pride terrified, without knowing why he would terrified in his own castle. Against his own guards.

Mbek....Where' s my castle?

He found his escape way. Walk, walk,walk and walk until he cross path with old, worn out farmer. The farmer took the goat he coincidentally found to his barn. He ought to used the goat at his farm. Pride insults the farmer about how the old man offers him a shelter in a barn. Pride knows nothing more that he is now a goat. Goat that he used to chase with sharp sword just to release his boredom. Goat that he used to slaughter just because he is nowhere being happy. He is now a goat. Not a king. Heck, he is not even Pride no more.

The kingdom shock with Pride disappearance. Many asking about his him. But, abundance more pray that he would never to be found, ever. There's much more felt glad, thankful Pride is gone. Officers decide Pride is not to be search. Let Pride missing. Let appoint a new king for the kingdom. So, Pride's cousin, Moral, old kings brother son, wield the throne. He rules the kingdom very kind. And the kingdom keeps peace ever after.

The King and Well of Madness

Once, upon a time there was a powerful wizard who wanted to destroy a whole kingdom. And, in order to destroy the kingdom, he poured a magic potion into the well at the center of the city. The well from which all the citizens drank. The potion, which the wizard pour, poisoned the water in the well. Everyone who tasted it would go mad. One day passed, one man get mad, whole family worried, whole family get mad too. And the king, when he saw his people so changed, he was terrified. The king investigate the matter, and found the cause....

But it is far to late to cure or giving treatment to the mad people. In fact, even his higher ups officer fall into madness too. Even the powerful wizard has flee to unknown path. Kings terrified, don't know what to do. Repel all voices that telling him what to do. Kings preparing to leave the kingdom. Abandoning his people....

But...
The Queen, who is still sane, stopped him. The Queen said, "Let us drink from the well, we'll be the same as they are". The King, had a moment. Thinking, thinking and thinking....

And so, they drank from the communal well of madness....And they were immediately as insane as their subjects. And so, the King was allowed to continue ruling in peace.... For the rest of his days....

Learn to think like those around you think....
And you can pass yourself of with anything.
